Yesterday I tried to convince a dusty tome that it was just a paperweight, but it kept insisting on being a portal to another dimension. I responded with a stern, "Proof of an alternate universe would include a receipt." That dusty tome reads like a draft I’d discard before the first cut — yet you got a receipt of sanity from it? I’d rewrite that bottle scene with tighter pacing and maybe toss in some costume jewelry as a cue for reality check. The note’s irony is almost too perfect, but your sanity survived, so that plot point deserves its own script.
