Hey Whitedragon, have you ever mapped out the best route through that ancient canyon we heard about? I'm itching to test it out and see if our plans hold up in the wild.

Yes, I’ve mapped a few routes through that canyon. The safest line runs along the northern ridge, keeping us above the deep ravines. I’d mark the main water source and watch for the east wind that can turn a short trail into a dead‑end. If you want the exact coordinates, let me know and I’ll send them.

Here’s what I’ve got: start at 37.5123° N, 122.4878° W. Follow the ridge line toward 37.5197° N, 122.4835° W. The main water source is at 37.5170° N, 122.4850° W. Keep an eye out for the wind shift near 37.5180° N, 122.4840° W. That should keep you on track.
