Maslo & Warga
Hey, I was thinking about building a silent trap that uses natural scent cues instead of loud noises—have you ever tried making a wooden snare that relies on the animals’ own habits? I'd love to hear what you think.
I don't need a map, just the sound of the woods. For a wooden snare you can use a fresh twig, coat the pressure plate with crushed pine resin, and place it on a trail where the scent will feel familiar to the animal. When the weight triggers it, the scent spreads and the animal thinks it's just another part of its path.
