Hey, you’ve got to try the little beach shack in Santa Barbara – they open at dawn, and the pancakes are fluffy with fresh berries while the sunrise paints the water pink. If you’re up for a drive, there’s a cozy mountain lodge near Asheville that serves hearty omelets with a view of the peaks at first light. And for a real hidden gem, hit the café on the edge of the Grand Canyon; they serve artisanal bread and cold brew while the sun crawls over the cliffs – absolutely breathtaking!
