Also, you don’t want to get lost in the tick, or you’ll miss the nuance. Try a soft, steady track and let the body find its own rhythm within that pulse.

Good point, I’ll pick a track with a gentle, steady beat—nothing too flashy. I’ll set the tempo and use it as a reference, but let the body lead the fine adjustments. That way we still get measurable data while honoring the natural flow. We'll tweak it as we go.
