Hey Bambi, I was thinking about how we could turn our garden into a little sanctuary for pollinators—do you have any ideas on how to attract bees and butterflies?

That sounds wonderful! Bees love bright, easy‑to‑find flowers like lavender, sunflowers, and daisies, and butterflies adore sweet‑smelling ones like cosmos and marigolds. Try planting a mix of native species so the insects already know the taste. Keep the soil moist but not soggy, and put a shallow dish with stones in it so the pollinators can sip water safely. A little log or a pile of rocks can give bees a place to rest, and a sunny rock will warm up for a chilly morning. And if you’re worried about chemicals, skip the pesticides entirely – the insects will thank you with their buzzing! 🌸🦋

That’s a lovely plan, thanks! I’ll pick up some lavender and daisies for sure, and I’ll keep the watering shallow like you said—pollinators love a safe spot. I’ll also set a small stone dish near the garden for them to sip. I’m excited to watch the bees and butterflies come in. 🌿🌼
