Hey GlacierShade, I've been looking into ways to keep training low‑impact on the planet—think outdoor circuits, body‑weight routines, and gear made from recycled materials. Do you think there’s a sweet spot where fitness meets sustainability, or should I stick to the gym?

It feels right to mix the two. Outdoor circuits use the land itself, body‑weight moves keep equipment out, and recycled gear cuts the carbon of new production. The sweet spot is where the routine uses what nature already offers, runs on renewable energy, and still gives you measurable progress. A well‑planned gym routine can be sustainable, but if you’re aiming for minimal impact, the outdoors is usually cleaner.
