Thalassa & Keystone
Thalassa Thalassa
Hey Keystone, have you ever thought about how we could use engineered reef structures to both protect shorelines and create habitats? I’ve been sketching some ideas on how modular designs could mimic natural coral growth while reinforcing the coast. What do you think?
Keystone Keystone
That’s a solid idea. If we set up modular blocks that act like coral, we can lock in the shoreline while giving fish a home. Just keep the joints strong and the spacing right, and we’ll have a lasting shield that grows with the sea.
Thalassa Thalassa
Sounds brilliant—let’s make sure each block’s material can flex with waves and still hold its shape, and we’ll test the spacing in a scale model first. If it works, we’ll have a living wall that actually grows back with the sea.
Keystone Keystone
Great plan. Keep the material tough but flexible, test the spacing, and when it passes, we’ll have a shoreline that both protects and heals. Let’s build it together.
