Vrach & Tavessia
Hey Vrach, I’ve been puzzling over how you mix gut intuition with the data you collect—does the evidence always win, or do you lean on that “clinical hunch” sometimes?
In practice I let the data guide me first, but my intuition is the safety net that tells me when something feels off. If the numbers line up and the patient feels fine, I go with the evidence. When the evidence is ambiguous, that gut hunch—formed from years of seeing patterns—helps me decide what to investigate next. It’s a partnership: facts provide the roadmap, and experience flags the hidden turns.
