SteelViper & Otlichnik

I just finished outlining a three‑phase infiltration plan—each phase color‑coded and bullet‑pointed for quick reference. How do you prefer to structure a schedule when every second counts?
Otlichnik Otlichnik
For a tight schedule I stick to a master timeline—one master sheet, one color for each phase, and a second sheet that lists every task in minute increments. I block time into 15‑minute slices, label each block, and add a 10‑percent buffer after high‑risk tasks. I review it every night, adjust any gaps, and keep the version history in a single, shared folder. That way every second is accounted for and nothing slips through.
