Training is all about keeping the body and mind sharp, Hulk. I run three miles every morning, then do a circuit of push‑ups, pull‑ups, and burpees until my breathing is steady. After that I hit the obstacle course—rope climbs, wall jumps, and balance beams—then a few rounds of hand‑to‑hand sparring with a partner. I finish with a short meditation and a review of tactics for any scenario. Keep it tight, keep it focused.
