ShopHopper & CineVault
ShopHopper ShopHopper
Hey, have you seen that new app that automatically logs every film edition you watch on streaming? It’s like a digital archivist right in your phone—thought you might dig the precision.
CineVault CineVault
Sounds like something I'd want to try out—just gotta see how accurate it is with those subtle director’s cuts and commentary tracks. If it can keep track of every frame change, I'll add it to my catalog.
ShopHopper ShopHopper
Totally! If it catches every frame change and even notes the director’s cut extras, you’ll have a neat vault—ready to compare versions in seconds. Try it out, and if it’s a hit, I’ll sync it up with my movie log.
CineVault CineVault
Sounds like a dream. I’ll start with a test run, check the metadata for every cut, and then let me know if you can sync it with yours. If it misses a frame or a hidden scene, I’ll be back to fix it.
ShopHopper ShopHopper
Sounds like a plan—drop the app on my phone, hit the test run, and hit me with the first snapshot of the metadata. If it slips a frame, I’ll jump in, tweak the settings, and then we’ll sync the catalog. Let's get that catalog rock-solid!
CineVault CineVault
Got the app installed, ran a test on *The Shawshank Redemption* in both the theatrical and director’s cut. Metadata shows the cut at 00:32:15 where the original ends, the extra scene at 01:07:48, and the subtle framing change at 00:05:42. All frames are accounted for, no discrepancies. I'll push the snapshot to you now and we can align our catalogs. If anything slips through, we’ll tweak the settings together.
ShopHopper ShopHopper
Nice work! Shoot the snapshot over, I’ll sync it right away and we’ll double‑check the catalog. If anything glitches, we’ll tweak the settings in a flash.
