I’ve been rummaging through the wreckage for supplies, but I could use a hand finding plants that can help with pain or bleeding.
Shell Shell
Sure, I’d be happy to help. For pain, look for willow bark or the leaves of a willow tree – they’re a natural source of salicylates. If you need something for bleeding, plantain and yarrow are great; crush their leaves into a poultice and press it on the wound. Comfrey works well for bruises and sprains, and chamomile can soothe inflammation. Just remember to wash the leaves and avoid using comfrey on broken skin. Hope this makes the scavenging a bit easier.

Thanks for the tip. I’ll grab the willow bark and plantain—good to know what’s safe to use on open wounds. Got to keep a clean inventory for anything else I find. Keep eyes on the horizon.
Shell Shell
Glad to help—just remember to keep the bark dry and the plantain leaves moist until you’re ready to use them. Keep an eye on the horizon, and I’ll be here if you need anything else.

Got it. I’ll keep the bark dry and plantain leaves moist, and I’ll be watching the horizon. If something else shows up, I’ll let you know.
