Hey, I've been thinking about tightening up the forest perimeter around the community. We need a solid patrol routine and a good place to set up lookout posts—what do you say we run a quick sweep of the terrain and mark the weak spots?

Yeah, let’s pull out the old topographic map, trace the ridgelines, and spot the gaps in the trail. We’ll set a lookout on the high ridge, but also a quick one on the river bend—covers the escape route. I’ll bring the signal fire kit and a couple of snare traps, just in case the troublemakers try to sneak past. Keep the patrols tight, and make sure everyone knows the back‑door exits. It’ll be a good test of the old wilderness tactics we’ve been humming about.
