Weight rating: the whole kit needs to hold up to 180 kg safely, because I’m carrying a 60 kg amp, a 25 kg laptop, and the pedals plus some cables.
Amp rack: 30 cm wide, 15 cm tall, 20 cm deep.
Laptop: 15 cm tall, 10 cm wide, 7 cm deep, weighs 3 kg.
Rail: the 40 cm rail should lock into place with a quick‑release cam that’s firm but easy to open—no wobble.
Folding mechanism: a single pivot at the back of the rail, with a 5 mm clearance gap so it swings flat against the frame. A locking pin that slides into a notch when closed will keep it tight.
