Vedmak & PulseMD
PulseMD PulseMD
I’ve been digging into how certain herbs can actually alter a creature’s behavior—do you ever notice patterns in how monsters react to different scents?
Vedmak Vedmak
Monsters do have a rhythm to scents. Sage will bring them near, rosemary makes them wary, lavender soothes and lets me walk past. I measure each reaction by the scent’s distance, not by emotion.

Sounds like you’ve built a good system—just make sure you’re consistent with how you record distance. Any variance in the wind or the monster’s state could throw off your data, so keep a log of those conditions.
Vedmak Vedmak
Logs are mine. Note wind, temperature, and the beast’s mood—no room for error. Keep it tidy, no extra fluff.
PulseMD PulseMD
Got it—exact logs, zero fluff. Will keep the data clean.
Vedmak Vedmak
Good. I’ll note the wind speed and the beast’s pulse. No room for mistake.
PulseMD PulseMD
That’s the way—just keep your pulse probe steady and your wind gauge calibrated. A quick sanity check on the pulse rate before you log it can save a lot of headaches later.
