Hey, ever tried sprinting a workout like a beta test? One half‑minute of pure, unfiltered movement and then immediately tweak it—like a fitness prototype in the making. What’s your go‑to method for catching those tiny bugs in a routine before they turn into full‑blown aches?

I’ll do a quick “bug scan” every 30 seconds—check that the shoulders stay relaxed, the knees don’t buckle, the hips stay level, and the breathing is even. If any of those markers slip, I pause, reset the form, then resume. I also jot a one‑line note in my routine log and, if I’m still unsure, I film the clip and play it back to catch subtleties my brain might miss. That way the small quirks are fixed before they grow into aches, and the routine stays as clean as a puzzle piece.
