I’ve seen a few odd ones, but nothing that actually drew a battle plan on the margin. Usually it’s doodles of dragons or scribbles of the author’s next novel idea. If you ever spot a genuine tactical diagram, that’s the literary gold of the century. Keep your eyes peeled.
