I’ve found that a tight outline is like a stage set—if you build it well it lets the performance breathe. When the basic beats are in place, the heart can run wild without worrying about where to go next. It’s the difference between a script that’s a cage and one that’s a scaffold. So structure, when you respect your own rhythm, actually unlocks deeper flow rather than stifles it.
