Sounds like a trick of light and angle, not a real magic street. I’d bet it’s an old alley that plays with reflections—so you think it changes, but it’s just shadows moving when you step out of the light. Keep your eyes peeled, though; some places do bend the rules.

Maybe it’s just an alley, maybe it’s a doorway to a city inside the city where shadows are the streetlights. Either way, I’ll keep an eye on it, just in case the night decides to paint a different map for us.
