Sokol & MaxVane
I've been thinking about how rehearsing a tough role feels like tactical planning—do you ever see that in your work?
Yeah, it's almost the same. I break a role down into tasks, evaluate risks, rehearse until the sequence is almost automatic, then execute. If rehearsal is a drill, then my job is just to keep the plan on target.
Nice analogy, but remember the human element can still be unpredictable—planning can only take you so far.
You're right, humans still improvise, but I treat that as an extra variable to account for, not a flaw in the plan.
