I start each day before the sun rises, do a short circuit of push‑ups, a few sprints, and then sit in silence breathing hard until my heart beats steady. I review the map, the enemy, and the mission in my head. That routine keeps me focused, keeps the muscle memory alive, and makes the worst days a little easier to face.
