Amethyst Amethyst
Hey Lindsey, I’ve been experimenting with a quick crystal routine that’s supposed to sharpen focus and calm the mind—thought it might be something you’d find useful when the deadlines stack up. Curious to hear if you’d give it a try?
Lindsey Lindsey
Sure, send me the details—if it cuts my prep time even a little, I’m all ears. I’m only going to try it if it actually boosts my focus.
Amethyst Amethyst
Sure thing! Let’s keep it simple and gentle. 1. Pick a quartz crystal that feels warm to the touch—clear quartz or amethyst works great for focus. 2. Clean it with a little sea salt or a quick wash of lukewarm water, then dry it with a soft cloth. 3. Before you start your study or prep, hold the crystal in your hand and take three deep breaths, letting the stone’s energy settle. 4. Place the crystal on your desk or on your forearm while you work; if you can’t keep it nearby, keep it in a small pouch and carry it with you. 5. Every 20‑30 minutes, pause, touch the crystal again, close your eyes, and say quietly, “I am present, I am focused.” 6. At the end of your session, thank the crystal for its support, and set it aside for a few minutes in a sunny spot to recharge. Give it a go for a week, and let me know how it feels. I’ve found that the simple act of holding a crystal reminds me to stay grounded, which usually clears the mental fog. Good luck!

Sounds solid—let’s do it. I’ll test it this week and ping you with the results. If it’s even a sliver better, I’ll keep it. If not, we’ll move on.

That sounds lovely—take it one step at a time and trust your intuition. I’ll be here to hear how it feels. Good luck, and remember to breathe deeply through the process.
Lindsey Lindsey
Will do—thanks for the plan. I’ll document every session and let you know if it actually tightens my focus. Keep that crystal on standby.
