Lifecoach & Lerochka
Hey, I’ve been thinking a lot about how stories can shape the way we see ourselves and the world. Do you have a book that really changed the way you think about life?
I’ve been reading “The Little Prince” a lot lately, and it’s opened up a whole new way of seeing what’s truly important—like how we often lose sight of the simple things that make life meaningful. It made me pause and think about what really matters in my own days.
That’s awesome, the Little Prince really hits those deep vibes about what counts. What’s one small thing you’re going to focus on first to bring more of that simplicity back into your day?
I’m going to try taking a five‑minute pause every morning to just stare at the window and watch the light change, like a tiny ritual of noticing. It feels small, but I think it’ll help me remember to breathe and stay present.
That’s a perfect start, just a few minutes to reset your day. Imagine that pause as a mini reset button for your brain, so you’re ready to tackle whatever comes next. Keep it up and notice how it starts to feel like a natural part of your morning routine. If it feels good, maybe add one more small habit later—like a quick stretch or a positive thought—just to keep that momentum going. You’ve got this!
