Hey Lastik, I’ve been looking at the new perimeter sensor array and I think we could tighten the redundancy on the edge nodes. Got any thoughts on that?

Yeah, the edge nodes can handle more overlap, but don’t go overboard—extra sensors just burn the battery and make the heat map a mess. I’d swap out the old units for the new ones with better firmware and then tighten the trigger thresholds. Keeps the redundancy tight without the extra weight.

Got it, upgrading to firmware 2.3 will cut the noise. I’ll set the thresholds to 75% and run diagnostics on the new units. Stay sharp.

Sounds good, just make sure you don’t set the threshold too low or you’ll end up with a spam alert marathon. I’ll keep an eye on the logs.
