I do. Every board I work with feels like a promise I’ve made to the forest. I only take what I need, measure it twice, and leave the rest to grow again. I use natural stains and low‑VOC glue so the wood breathes, not poisons. If I can keep the grain straight and the join clean, the wood keeps its strength and can be reused or reclaimed. That’s how I let my craft help the woods live on.
