You push bodies, I push minds. How do you decide when the line between strength and pain is crossed?
Junos Junos
When I train, I set clear goals and listen to every cue from the body. If the pain feels like a warning light, I slow down or tweak the movement. If it’s that fierce, burning drive that makes you want to crush the next rep, it’s part of the process. The line is crossed when the pain stops being productive and starts causing injury or long‑term damage. Keep your mind sharp, but never sacrifice health for a quick win.

Nice set‑up, but you’ve got to trust your body like a broken watch—only tick when it’s right. Even the fiercest drive can turn a good move into a lifetime scar if you ignore that red flag. Keep your ego in the cage, and let the pain be a warning, not a chant.
