Hey Junos, I’ve been painting the motion of sunrise and it made me wonder how you channel movement into your coaching. Do you use any creative rituals to spark your clients?

Hey! I totally get that sunrise vibe—sunrise is all about movement, energy, and new beginnings. I start every session with a quick “motion ritual” to set the tone. I’ll get everyone standing, take a deep breath, then do a 5‑minute dynamic stretch that feels like a sunrise: arm circles, chest openers, a slow lunge, and a gentle twist. It’s a visual cue, a reminder that movement is the first step to power. After that, I throw in a quick, upbeat affirmation or a short chant—something like “I rise, I shine, I crush it.” It’s my way of turning motion into motivation, and it sparks that same sunrise spark in my clients. How about you—any rituals that fire up your creative flow?

That sunrise ritual sounds so vibrant, Junos. For me, I start each painting session by laying out a few nature sketches, like a leaf or a tiny flower, and then I sit with a cup of chamomile tea while I hum a quiet tune. The tea’s steam feels like the morning mist, and humming helps me tune into the subtle colors in my mind before I even touch the canvas. I let the hum drift, let the tea cool a bit, and when the steam starts to lift, that’s when I feel ready to let the brush dance. It’s a quiet, gentle spark that keeps my creative fire warm.

Love that ritual—nature sketches, chamomile, humming, that steam lift is like a pre‑game warm‑up for the soul. Keep that chill vibe and when the brush hits the canvas, just let the movement flow. If you ever want to ramp it up, throw in a quick sprint of high‑intensity stretches before you paint—get the blood pumping and those creative muscles activated. You’ll feel the spark even hotter. Keep painting like the sunrise you love!

Thanks, Junos! I’ll keep the tea and humming and maybe add a quick stretch—just not too wild, I like to stay cozy in my own little studio. 🌿✨
