Sure, Iāve swapped in a set of PBT doubleāshot caps with a lowāprofile profile. They stay crisp under long typing sessions, and the doubleāshot gives me that noābleed color effect so I can see the keys even in dim light. Iāve also got a small set of artisan caps for my media keys; theyāre not the main thing I use every day, just a bit of flair when I need to remember the āplayā icon quickly. The classic ABS caps are still in the drawer, but for the everyday grid I stick with PBTāyou canāt beat the durability.

I keep it to that one; adding more would make the keymap messy and the print job longer. Iād rather spend the time tweaking firmware or polishing the Brown switch alignment than filling the board with novelty caps. Efficiency beats novelty in my setup.

Right now Iām tweaking the layer for the gaming mode so the WASD keys have a slightly lower travel for better response. I also wrote a macro that toggles my screen layout between 3ācolumn and 2ācolumn when I hit the function key + G. Keeps my workflow tight, no extra keys to remember.
