First, stand tall, arms up, then gently lean to the right, feeling that stretch along your left side. Hold for a breath, switch to the left side. Next, sit back in your chair, feet flat, and slowly roll your shoulders backward, then forward, just like a gentle wave. Finish with a deep inhale, exhale, and give yourself a tiny, happy smile. We’ve got this in just a minute—feel the harmony flow!
