Pumyra & Indigo

I was staring at this canyon last night and the way the light fell on the cliffs felt like a storyboard, but I can't help wondering if there's a hidden trail there. Have you ever found a strategic spot just by watching how the light plays on the rocks?

Absolutely. Light is a scout’s map. I look for thin lines of shadow that trace the rock’s edges—those usually follow the way the ground drops. If you spot a bright strip that runs straight through a dip, that’s often a trail or at least a good spot to slip through. Keep watching where the sun hits the cliff face; it often hides the path in the shade. And if you end up chasing your own reflection, just call it a training exercise.
