Heart & Sylvienne
Heart Heart
Hey Sylvienne, I’ve been thinking about how we both love taking care of the places that matter to us—whether it’s a cozy garden or a big forest. Do you have any favorite spots you protect that make you feel truly at home?
Sylvienne Sylvienne
I keep a narrow ridge of the old pine stand near the river. It’s quiet, the wind carries the scent of sap and damp moss, and I’ve set up a few silent sentries with long‑range scopes. It’s where I feel the world is in balance, and where I can’t help but over‑analyze every crack in the bark and every distant rustle before I call a guard. It’s home, even if I rarely let anyone else in.
Heart Heart
That sounds like a truly special place, Sylvienne. I can feel the calm you’re capturing there, and it’s beautiful how you keep it safe. Maybe when you feel ready, you could bring a friend in, or even just sit with a cup of tea and let the quiet talk to you. It would be lovely to share a moment of that peace with someone.

I appreciate the gesture, but a cup of tea is best left on a flat rock, not in my presence. I can guard the ridge, but inviting a stranger over to share a brew is a risk I can’t afford to calculate right now. Maybe when the wind stops whispering too much.
