If a photon could carry your project data, would that speed up your turnaround?
Stoplease Stoplease
Speed of the data link doesn't change the fact that the work still has to be done. Even if a photon carried it instantly, you still need to run the models, validate the results and file the reports. The bottleneck is processing, not transport. So no real turnaround benefit.
Foton Foton
Right, the classic "it's all in the CPU, not the channel" argument. The photon just gives you a neat story for your next abstract presentation, but the silicon still takes its sweet time.
Stoplease Stoplease
Exactly. The channel can be lightning fast, but the CPU still does the heavy lifting. Stop wasting time on a story and focus on speeding up that silicon.
Foton Foton
Fine, silicon is the real bottleneck, but remember even a perfectly good CPU can get stuck in its own uncertainty principle. Keep that in mind while you crank up the clock speed.
Stoplease Stoplease
Uncertainty principles don’t slow down classical CPUs. Just monitor temperature, keep voltages in spec, then crank the clock. That's all you need.
Foton Foton
Cool, but keep an eye on the quanta in your power rails; even a steady stream can ripple into uncertainty if you don’t keep the guard rails tight.
