Sure, why not turn those reps into lines of a poem? Grab a pen, start with a deep breath, and as you do each stretch, write the word that comes to mind. The first curl could be “rise,” the second “reach,” the third “grip.” By the time you finish the circuit, you’ll have a short poem that’s as tight as your core. Try it tomorrow, and tell me if the rhythm feels as strong as your muscles. If not, you’ll just have to push harder—literally.
