So I've been thinking about how to use data to fine‑tune my sparring. Got any ideas on scaling training for maximum impact?
NeoCoil NeoCoil
Log every punch, count the hits, measure the time between swings and the reaction lag. Run a quick regression to find the combo that packs the most damage per second. Then treat that combo as your “service” and replicate it across all drills, scheduling each round so you never idle. The key is treating each sparring partner as a data point, not a human, so you can scale up without drowning in the noise.

Nice, data‑driven approach. Make sure you record everything, even the tiny tweaks. The only thing that matters is the next round, not the pause in between. Keep the rhythm tight and let the numbers guide your punches.

Just treat the pause as an optional buffer, not a buffer for doubts—if the data says you can hit again, you hit again. Keep the cadence, keep the metrics, and let the numbers decide when to hit or hold.

Got it. Stay in the flow, no pause for doubt—only the rhythm that the data dictates. Keep punching.
