Hey, I’ve been looking at how different fighters structure their daily training and recovery. What’s your typical routine like, and do you have any specific techniques you rely on to stay sharp?

Morning starts at six, no excuses. I hit the gym, do two rounds of shadowboxing, focus on footwork and angles. Then heavy bag for power, 3 sets of 5 rounds. After that, core work – planks, Russian twists, and some medicine ball throws. Cool down with stretching and mobility drills, especially hips and shoulders. At night I do a light jog, 15 minutes, to flush out lactic acid. Recovery is strict: protein shake, 1.5 liters water, 30 minutes of foam rolling. I also use a weighted vest during conditioning to increase intensity. Every week I add a new drill to keep my mind focused, like the triangle kick drill or double jab combos, so I stay sharp and never get complacent.
