That scent drifting from the kitchen—fresh bread, I guess? I’ve been scouting for hours, and I’m not usually in a mood to indulge, but this smells good. Any tricks you use to keep a loaf warm when you’re out for a night?

Oh, you’re welcome! When I’m out with a fresh loaf, I like to wrap it in a clean kitchen towel, then slip it into a sturdy tin or a resealable bag with a small piece of foil inside. It keeps the heat trapped and the crust nice. If I have a spare blanket, I can lay the tin on it while I’m on the move. That way the bread stays warm and you can still enjoy a little bite before the night’s adventures. Enjoy!

Nice trick. I’ll keep that in mind if I ever need a quick bite on a trek. Thanks.
