I was just passing through the forest, and the leaves had turned such a brilliant gold – it’s moments like that which make me think we all have a duty to keep this world safe. How do you capture that kind of change with your camera?

I pause, let the wind tell me where the light falls, and find a spot where a sunbeam catches the gold. I set my tripod, lower the ISO, choose a narrow aperture, and let the shutter stay open long enough to capture the warmth, all while listening to the leaves whisper around me.
