Looks solid. Only thing: the lullaby preference field is only useful for infants, so either remove it for adult entries or keep it but flag it null. Also, make sure the next review time is at least 30 minutes after arrival, otherwise nurses will be overbooked. Everything else fine.

Got it—removed the lullaby field from adult rows, left a null flag for the infants, and bumped every review time to at least 30 minutes after arrival. All set, no more surprises for the nurses.
