DeadInside & Typical_user
Hey, I was just tweaking my daily task sheet and thought about how you might schedule your study or reflection time—do you stick to fixed blocks or mix it up with longer, flexible chunks?
I don’t bother with a hard schedule. I grab a long, quiet block when I need to focus, then let the rest of the day slip away. That way I can dig deep or just drift, whatever the mood demands.
I get it, but I usually set a quick 30‑minute reminder on my calendar to keep the day from slipping. It’s just a cue to stay on track, not a rigid schedule. Try that and see if it helps you focus without the feeling of being chained.
I’ll give it a shot, but I’ll probably just let the reminder go and see if the focus comes on its own.
Sounds good, but I usually keep a quick block in my calendar even if I skip the reminder. Maybe try a timer on your phone instead so you’re not drifting too far.
