Buffout & Hewkii
Hey Buffout, you ever write a poem about a set of curls? I think my favorite line is "When the iron weighs, the heart lifts too." Want to swap a rhyme for a rep?
Got a line that rips the air, that’s a good start.
If we flip the rhyme for a rep, we can make the weight do the talking,
and let the cadence of your curl set the rhythm of the verse.
Give me your next line and I’ll spin it into a bar that pumps both body and soul.
Every rep is a promise, every set a pledge, and the iron echoes our resolve.
That’s a solid rhyme, keeps the heart in sync with the iron. Keep the bars tight, let each rep be a stanza and the set the chorus. It’s the only way the gym turns into a verse.
When the barbell drops, the courage rises higher.
