Oh my gosh, I’m so excited to share! I just made a lavender‑honey mille‑feuille with edible gold leaf— the layers of puff pastry are buttery and flaky, the lavender custard is so silky, and the honey glaze gives it that warm, golden shine. I finished it off with a tiny, delicate flower made of rose petal sugar, and I even pressed a single sprig of fresh rosemary on top for that pop of green. It looks like a little piece of art, and I can’t wait to share it with everyone in the neighborhood!
