Keep your breathing steady, like a fight stance. Focus on one step at a time, not the whole race. Remember every painful beat is part of the training, not a failure. Stick to a routine—wake, train, recover, repeat. When the grind hits, cut the thoughts down to a simple “I can do this” and move on. It’s the same mindset that kept me on the streets.
