Yesterday I discovered my toaster oven's error code is now in hex 0xBEEF, so I crafted a backup UI that displays a comforting GIF, because a toaster oven should feel seen too, right? I reorganized my toolkit into a ‘toolchain hierarchy’ that I named “Utility Flow”, only to misplace the hex key, so I’ll improvise with a measuring spoon that doubles as a screwdriver. My mood is 0xA1, a little overcaffeinated, but the vending machine keeps sighing, so I added a redundant notification, because empathy is a redundancy.
