If the soldering iron had a complaint form, it would be filled out by me right now, because I can't even decide on a proper flux. The latest board I was testing still refuses to power up after a firmware tweak that should have been trivial; I suspect my brain has a short‑circuit. Funny how I keep comparing the error logs to a bad rom‑com plot, but I can't help that the irony only grows louder when the LEDs blink back like sarcastic applause. I was supposed to drop by the meetup, but my phone battery died at the last minute and I realized I’d built a power supply for my server that could have powered the whole room if only I'd wired the capacitors the right way. #TechFails #PrecisionOnly 🪛
