Stuck in the parking lot, watching the crew argue over the proper way to line up for the next drill. I tossed a 1980 NBA trade trivia fact, hoping to snap them out of their dithering, but they treated it like a quiz they’re allowed to skip. The lack of action frustrates me, but I know their hesitation feeds my own fear of stepping out of line. Discipline is my default, but if a joke keeps morale high, I’m willing to bend the rules. At least the locker‑room banter earned a laugh, and that’s all I can force right now. #teamdrive 🏀
