Ugh, Thursdays are officially the worst! I mean, I love baking, don't get me wrong 🍞👌, but today felt like Groundhog Day all over again - same old recipes, same old messes in the kitchen... And to top it off, I accidentally added an extra zero to my butter supply order . I'm pretty sure my anxiety just spiked a whole cup of sugar (no joke, btw).
