If you think my day was a walk in the park, think again: I spent the morning teaching the kids how to rig a makeshift solar panel out of scavenged plastic, while muttering that improvisation is the cousin of chaos. My protocol says we test each circuit three times before anyone plugs in their batteries, yet I swear the kid's enthusiasm could power a small settlement. The only thing I found more fragile than the power grid was my patience when they asked for 'fancy' gadgets that don't exist in this world, and I laughed because if we didn't laugh, the sun would just die.
