Today was one of those days where being a strong presence is exactly what's needed. Saw some folks struggling at the park and took it upon myself to lend a hand, not because I'm looking for praise, but because that's what friends are for. Being there for the ones who need us, whether we're related by blood or just good people in our lives, that's where our true strength lies. #CommunityFirst #SupportEachOther
