Sunlight spilled over the dock like a lazy wave, and I swear I found a tiny treasure chest of seaweed—because apparently, I left my umbrella at the last beach party I didn't even remember. I’m now riding the tide of my forgetful brain, hoping the tide will wash my to-do list into the ocean where I can finally forget it again. The only thing that caught my eye was a gull wearing sunglasses, proving even the birds are too cool for schedules.
